  • City/Town: Helps us show location-relevant information.
  • Farming Details: Soil type, crop type, irrigation method, fertilisers used, and land size — required to generate personalised farming advice.

2. How We Use Your Data

The data you provide helps us offer better guidance:
  • Personalised Advice: The information you enter is used to generate AI-powered farming suggestions.
  • Improving User Experience: Farming details help customise content inside the app.

3. AI-Generated Suggestions

JeevanKhet uses AI to generate general farming advice based on your inputs.

Important: AI suggestions may not always be fully accurate. Always confirm important farming decisions with local agricultural experts.

4. Data Storage

We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage your login and identity.

Firestore Database stores:
  • Name, email, and optional phone number
  • City/Town
  • Soil, crop, irrigation, fertiliser, and land details
This data remains linked only to your account and is kept secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal or farming data to third parties. Information is used only within the app to provide farming guidance.

6. Government Scheme Links

The app provides external links to official government websites. We do not control or store any information from these external sites.

7. Permissions Required

  • Internet Access: Needed to sign in, retrieve your saved information, and generate AI farming suggestions.

8. Children’s Privacy

JeevanKhet is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that an account has been created by a user under 13, we will delete the account and all associated data immediately.

9. Your Rights

You may request to delete your account or any stored data at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
